Laneman Appointed As Provost Fellow
Associate Professor J. Nicholas Laneman was appointed a Provost Fellow effective August 1, 2012.
Laneman took on three major duties when he accepted this honor. Firstly, he must provide candid input on faculty viewpoints and concerns. Secondly, he must complete, on behalf of the Provost's Office, a delineated project relating to academic need. Lastly, he is to attend bi-monthly meetings representing the Electrical Engineering department and his colleagues. He will serve for one year with an option to renew for a second year.
Please join the Wireless Institute and EE in congratulating Nick on this notable appointment.
