Fundamentals of Semiconductor Physics EE60557

I have been teaching all of our first year students in Electronics, Materials, and Devices (EMD) semiconductor physics. The course carefully examines the underlying physics behind many of the concepts and models used regularly in semiconductor fields. The course covers electron dynamics, bandstructures, phonon, and equilibrium properties of semiconductors.
